Thank you for choosing Arvelo. We want you to get back outside, uninterrupted — so we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as we can. Please review the details below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Arvelo will make every effort to deliver your order within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, high order volume during peak season, customs processing (for international orders), or incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Arvelo is not responsible for delays once a package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. If applicable: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $10
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States / United States and Canada / select international destinations. If applicable: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Arvelo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at getarvelo@gmail.com within [X days] of the expected or marked delivery date, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
